The AN841Y far-infrared fast energy-saving drying oven (hereinafter referred to as the drying oven) adopts the new far-infrared heating technology promoted by the National Economic Commission. The far-infrared element can emit far-infrared radiation of 2-15 microns or more after being heated. When it is absorbed by the heated object, it can be directly converted into heat energy, thereby achieving the effect of rapid drying, shortening the production cycle, saving energy, and improving product quality. Easy to use, with significant effects, it widely replaces traditional electric drying ovens. In recent years, it has been gradually promoted and is an ideal drying equipment with broad prospects. Suitable for workshops or laboratories in industry, agriculture, healthcare, universities, and research departments.
Structure:
The drying oven is made of angle steel and thin steel plate, with aluminum silicate fiber insulation filled between the outer shell and the working chamber. Two sets of far-infrared heaters are installed at the bottom of the working chamber, and each set of heaters has a separate switch to manage power on and off.
The drying oven uses K-type sensors as temperature sensing elements and XMT-131 temperature regulators for temperature measurement and automatic temperature control.
Usage and precautions:
1. Place this drying oven horizontally in a non corrosive gas drying chamber.
2. The power input terminal should be equipped with a dedicated front-end on-off switch and properly grounded for safety.
3. Check the power supply voltage and ensure that the power wiring is correct before powering it on for use.
4. When newly purchased or stored for a long time, it is recommended to first bake at low temperature (80-100 ℃) for two hours before starting to increase the temperature to facilitate moisture leakage, enhance menopausal performance, and prolong the lifespan of the ceramic.
5. The thermal sensor probe for instrument temperature control should be inserted into the working chamber from the temperature measurement hole on the left circuit layer, and should not be inserted from the center hole of the air valve on the top of the box to avoid affecting its use.
6. This drying oven has a good baking effect. When using it for the first time, please observe it carefully to avoid overheating and damaging the workers, causing losses.
7. If you feel a slight increase in thermal inertia during use, you can turn off a set of heaters to reduce the heating power and prevent overheating caused by excessive inertia.
8. Take out the baking object and do not hit the temperature controller part that extends into the studio to prevent damage to the temperature controller and malfunction.
9. If there is a malfunction, please have a professional electrician repair it.
10. At the time of leaving the factory, one copy of each of the two instruction manuals and certificates of conformity for the workshop shelf.
11. This oven should avoid baking explosive, flammable, and flammable materials to prevent explosions
